Breakout sessions, workshops, role-play environments, multi-track training, small-group discussion formats — we run them fully, with the same tier-one crew and process discipline we bring to any standalone event. Your client’s experience in those rooms is consistent with the general session, not a step down.

No check-ins, no hand-holding, no last-minute escalations that pull your director out of the room. You hand us the peripheral meeting block, we deliver it, and your team stays focused on what you were hired to do.
How We Work Together
Most of our production company relationships start with a simple conversation about an upcoming program. We look at the breakout and workshop structure, talk through what’s needed in each room, align on your client’s standard, and agree on how our teams interface during the show.
From there, we handle the technical direction, staffing, and execution of every room assigned to us. You stay in your lane. We stay in ours.
We don’t reserve tier-one crew for the general session support and fill breakouts with whoever’s available. Every room we run gets the same caliber of crew and the same level of preparation. Your client’s attendees in a 40-person breakout get the same experience as the ones in the 400-person general session.
That’s the only way this kind of partnership works.
